1. General Policy

All purchases on superteenwithsarita.com are for digital products and services — including online courses and coaching sessions. Once course content has been significantly accessed or a coaching session has been completed, refunds may not be issued except under exceptional circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Online Courses — Refund available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

1-on-1 Coaching Session — Cancellation and full refund available up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refund after that.

Coaching Package / Program — Refund available within 7 days of the first session, provided no more than 1 session has been attended. Remaining sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Bundle / Special Offer — Refund available within 7 days of purchase, provided no content has been accessed. The full bundle is treated as a single product.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 20% of a course has been accessed or downloaded
  • A coaching session has been attended and completed
  • The refund request is made after the eligible window has passed
  • The purchase was made using a discount code, scholarship, or promotional pricing
  • Technical issues were caused by the user’s own device, browser, or internet connection

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@superteenwithsarita.com with:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Order ID or payment reference number
  • Name of the course or program purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

We review all requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, bereavement, or genuine hardship, we may offer a refund, credit, or deferral at our discretion. Please reach out — we will do our best to work with you.
