• Coaching & Mentoring Sessions: One-on-one or group sessions conducted via Zoom or Google Meet

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• One account per person — account sharing is not permitted
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing enrollments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including video lessons, worksheets, workbooks, audio recordings, graphics, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Super Teen with Sarita and protected under Indian copyright law.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Treat Sarita and other participants with respect and kindness
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Not share inappropriate or offensive content via any connected platform
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations

We reserve the right to remove any student from a program without a refund if their conduct violates this code.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our courses and coaching sessions are for educational and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Super Teen with Sarita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the preceding 3 months.
